Return and Refund policy

NOTE- Personalized items are a non-refundable product. PLEASE VERIFY THE SPELLING OF THE NAME YOU USE.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased on our Website, you may return it within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund (less shipping and handling). Please note that certain products may be excluded from this policy. Please contact our customer service team for more information. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us at Limitlessmetaldesigns@gmail.com and we will provide instructions on how to return the item. We will also reimburse your shipping costs associated with returning the item.
