Refund & Return Policy

At Limitless Metal Designs, every piece is crafted to order. Many items are custom and made just for you, so our policy reflects that.
1. Custom & Personalized Orders
Most of our work is custom (names, business logos, unique designs, dates, etc.).
Once you approve the design and production begins, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns on custom or personalized items, unless there is a defect or damage caused by us or the carrier.
2. Standard (Non-Custom) Items
For non-custom, standard designs:
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. With a 15% restock fee.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original or equivalent protective packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage).
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
3. Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of:
The damaged/defective area
The full piece
The packaging (if damaged)
If confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item, at our discretion.
4. Order Cancellations
Before design work begins: Full refund.
After design work begins but before design approval: A non-refundable design fee (up to $100) may apply.
After design approval and production start: No cancellations or refunds.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
5. Variations in Color, Finish & Size
All pieces are handcrafted from metal and finished by hand:
Minor variations in color, texture, and finish are normal and not considered defects.
Small variations in size may occur.
Colors may appear different on screens versus in person; this is not grounds for a refund.
6. Shipping Issues
If a package is lost or significantly delayed:
We will work with the carrier to locate it.
If the carrier confirms it is lost, we will replace or refund the order, at our discretion.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
7. Customer-Provided Information
Please double-check all spelling, dates, and details before approving your design:
We are not responsible for errors (names, dates, text) that were approved by you.
No refunds or free replacements are offered for customer-approved errors.
