Shipping Policy

At Limitless Metal Designs, every piece is made to order. Here’s how we handle processing and shipping.

1. Processing & Production Time

Most orders are completed within 5 business days from design approval.  
Larger or more complex projects may take longer; we’ll let you know if additional time is needed.  
Production time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts) within the continental United States,  
  except on custom size signs.  
For this policy, “custom size signs” means any sign larger than 24 inches in any dimension.  
Custom size signs (over 24") are excluded from free shipping, regardless of order total, due to higher packaging and freight costs.  
Shipping for:
  Orders under $100, and  
  Any sign larger than 24"  
  will be calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Orders ship via [UPS/USPS/FedEx – choose what you use] or a comparable carrier.  
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.  
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the shop.

4. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States.  
For shipping outside the U.S. or to remote locations, please contact us before ordering to discuss options and pricing.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.  
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.  
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.  
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will replace or refund the order, at our discretion.  
We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as missing; please check with neighbors, your household, and your local carrier office.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery.  
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.  
After review, we will repair, replace, or refund the item, at our discretion.
